Shingles

  • 3-Tab Shingles: The most basic and economical option. They are composed of a single layer designed to look like three separate pieces and generally last 15 to 20 years.
  • Architectural (Dimensional) Shingles: Thicker and heavier than 3-tab shingles. They are made of multiple layers, giving them a distinct, 3D appearance that mimics wood or slate. They typically last 20 to 30 years.
  • Luxury Shingles: The highest-end asphalt option, designed to look like authentic slate or shakes. They offer superior durability and impact resistance, often carrying manufacturer warranties up to 50 years.

Metal

Metal roofing provides exceptional longevity, with a lifespan of 40 to 70 years. While initial installation costs can be two to three times higher than traditional asphalt shingles, the extended durability, energy efficiency, and low maintenance make it a highly cost-effective, long-term investment.

Coating

A roof coating is a seamless, liquid-applied elastomeric membrane that acts as a "rubber sunscreen" for your roof. It protects against UV rays, seals small leaks, and reflects sunlight to lower cooling costs. it extends an existing roof's life by 10 to 20 years
